All of our services described below are geared to help you achieve your goals, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle and strength, nutrition guidance, toning or attaining the optimum fitness level for your sport.
Personal Training: Our Personal Training is a customised one on one service designed to help you lose weight, gain muscle and strength to energise you through the day or help you excel in your sport specific needs. We design the right moves to suit beginners who are new to exercise through to advanced people who need something different. Programs designed according to our ZTS.
The customised programs include Cardio Interval training, Weight training, Metabolic Resistance training, and Strength training using a wide variety of the latest equipment and techniques. A mix of these different training methods ensures a balance for people seeking weight loss whilst also building muscle, strength and tone. What Our Clients Say
This service is offered indoors for one on one or maximum of 2, or outdoors at your home or nearby park.
Boxing For Fitness: Sessions are offered both one on one, and in groups, indoors in a gym (up to 4 people) and outdoors in groups of up to 20. Basic equipment is provided for one on one sessions, however our regular clients purchase gloves and wraps to suit their size and preferences. Equipment is also available for purchase from Fitness Moves. Boxing is an excellent activity for weight loss, endurance, strength and muscle tone.
Outdoors, Mobile Training: This service is available for both one on one Personal Training, and Group Training. We train at a number of local parks and beaches, and also train people in their own homes or in available public areas in the vicinity.
Corporate Group Fitness Training: Corporate Training Packages tailored specifically for team building, please also see separate Corporate Fitness page.
Strength and Conditioning Coach : Sports specific one on one, periodized training programs for Rugby, Football, AFL, Cricket, Rowing, Running, and Tennis players. Programs are built on the four dominant types of physical preparation Speed, Strength, Endurance and Flexibility, focus is given to the major type for your sport.

Monday- Friday 06:00am-9:00am, 12:00pm- 02:00pm, 05:00pm-08:00pm
Saturday: 08:00pm-12:00pm
Session Duration: One on One strength Training is available indoors in Crows Nest and outdoors at various locations are for 60 minutes.
Session Fees: Our programs are tailored to each clients specific training requirements, please contact us to let us know your time preference/s, type of training, location, whether indoors or outdoors and duration and we will be in touch to discuss your options and fees.
Services included in a session of Personal Training/Sports Coaching:
- First sessions include a fitness, needs, and postural analysis to help us establish your goals, and design the appropriate plan for your needs. This includes the starting statistics to use as an on going measurement of your progress.
- An exercise program and weekly plan that is customised according to the data from the above assessment.
- Logging of the progress for each exercise in volume and intensity.
- Demonstration and cueing of each new exercise emphasizing correct, posture, and techniques.
- Information on the muscle group/s being exercised.
- Periodic, measurements including weight, body fat % visceral fat ranking, muscle mass, body water %, waist and hip circumference.
- Motivational, Encouraging, Friendly, Safe and task focused Environment where we listen to you and your bodies needs to help you successfully achieve your goals.
