Exercise Library

Our exercise library is broken down into the major muscle groups and is being expanded with new moves on a regular basis.  The correct technique and key points to remember are explained for each of the exercises however we recommend that you have qualified supervision before attempting to do any of them, particularly those of you that are beginners to weight training.

Leg exercises that target the following muscles, Quadriceps, Gluteals, Hamstrings Gastrocnemius, Soleus

 

 

Chest and Shoulder exercises that target the following muscles: Pectorals , Anterior Deltoids, Triceps Brachii
