Fitness Moves, was started by our head Personal Trainer Sydney, Denis Zolin to satisfy his passion to help people manage their health and fitness needs. His own experiences of managing stress and weight control through exercise gave him the impetus to seek out the best systems on how to help others find their exercise and nutrition balance.
Training, is a physical, psychological, and emotional experience and as such our aim is to firstly increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase your physical and cognitive skills.
Every Fitness Moves training program is customised to address your unique fitness profile, enabling us to help you increase your fitness level as analyzed in partnership with your Personal Trainer. You’ll feel more energetic, powerful and be empowered to do and be more.
